Macuá: The drink of the sweet enchantment

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz of Rum Flor de caña White  Extra Dry
1       oz of guava juice
1       oz of orange juice
1/2     oz of lemon juice
1/3     oz de Syrup
         A slice of orange
         A green stemmed lime - cherry

Preparation

Fill a professional cocktail shaker 3/4 with ice. Add the rum, the guava juice, the orange juice, the lemon juice and the syrup. Shake rigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. Serve in a Collin´s type glass. Decorate it with a slice of orange and a green stemmed - cherry

Frozen

Ingredients

2        oz of Rum Flor de Caña White Extra Dry
1 1/2  oz of guava juice
1 1/2  oz of orange juice
3/4     oz of lemon juice
1/2     oz of syrup
          A slice of orange
          A green stemmed lime - cherry

Preparation

Put the crashed ice in a blender, add the rum, the guava juice, the orange juice, the lemon juice and the syrup. Blend it for 20 to 25 seconds. Serve in a Glove-type glass. Decorate it with a slice of orange and a green stemmed - cherry
